The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a front-end leader at TJ Maxx in Hyannis, MA to promote an exceptional customer experience and supervise Associates at the front of the store. You will model outstanding service, coordinate POS coverage, and support loyalty initiatives.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership, with strong communication and organizational skills to manage priorities and coaching across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and supervise front-of-store Associates.
• Lead by example in customer interactions and loyalty program promotion.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and customer service.
