Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Front End Leader to oversee store associates, promote an outstanding customer experience, and lead by example at our East Aurora location.

You will train staff, manage POS coverage, and support loyalty programs while ensuring adherence to store policies and safety standards. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in retail with 6 months of leadership; strong communication, multitasking ability, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads front-of-store associates.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and manages POS coverage.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Ensures tasks are completed in accordance with store plan and priorities.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
