Job summary

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and oversees front of store operations.
• Leads by example with customer engagement and loyalty programs promotion.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
