Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Front Store Leader in Buffalo, NY to promote a superior customer experience and supervise a team of Associates at the front of the store. You will model outstanding service, ensure POS coverage, and drive loyalty program participation.

• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and maintain POS coverage.
• Train and coach Associates on customer engagement and store procedures.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety guidelines.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
