Job summary

TJX is seeking a Store Leader/Front-End Supervisor at our Bronx, NY location to promote exceptional customer service and manage front-of-store operations. You will train Associates, coordinate POS coverage, and support loyalty programs while ensuring a clean, organized store and compliant labor practices.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-end customer service and open-to-sell environment.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
