Qualifications

• At least 6 months in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store teamwork.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Promote safety, labor compliance, and store policies.
• Support management in achieving store goals and shrink reduction.
