Job summary

Marshalls in Aberdeen, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a store leadership associate to promote an excellent customer experience and guide a team on front-end operations. You will model service, train Associates, and drive loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized store.

You will assign registers, coordinate breaks, respond to customer concerns, and partner with Management on training needs.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles.
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Ensures Associates execute tasks according to store plan and policies.
• Promotes loyalty programs and safety awareness; partners with Management on training needs.
