Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-of-store leader to oversee a team of Associates and deliver an outstanding customer experience in Albany, Oregon.

You will model excellent service, train staff on core front-end principles, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, efficient store environment. The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong merchandising knowledge, and the ability to multi-task and adapt to changes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong merchandising and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store team.
• Oversee Associates and ensure prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and POS coverage.
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks; address customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and store policies; support shrink reduction goals.
