Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store leadership role at our Plymouth, MA location to promote an outstanding customer experience and drive loyalty programs.

You will lead a team of associates at the front of the store, training staff, managing POS coverage, and ensuring safe, organized, and compliant store operations. You will be expected to train associates, coordinate tasks, and communicate priorities with management while maintaining high service standards and a positive work

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and customer focus.
• Ability to train and mentor associates on front-end principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience at the front of store.
• Lead by example and promote loyalty programs.
• Train and mentor Associates in front-end operations.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks and ensure POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor store plan execution and prioritize tasks.
• Communicate priorities effectively with management and staff.
• Provide recognition and constructive feedback to team.
• Support training needs with Management to improve effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and store policies.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and shrink reduction goals.
• Maintain a safe store environment and participate in safety initiatives.
