Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a front-of-store team to deliver prompt, courteous customer service.
• Promotes loyalty programs and drives a positive customer experience.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store standards.
• Ensures safety, labor law compliance, and adherence to policies.
• Communicates priorities with management and provides progress updates.
