Job summary

Five Below is seeking a dedicated retail supervisor to wow customers and lead front-end operations. You will train crew, recruit and coach team members, manage opening/closing, maintain store cleanliness, and partner with leadership to meet service score goals.

The role requires a High School diploma (college experience preferred) and at least 2 years of management experience, with excellent communication and the ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent. College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and training on the BEST customer service experience.
• Lead assigned store to achieve customer service score goals and front end operations.
• Ensure front-end merchandising meets brand standards and equipment is functional.
• Open/close procedures, store cleanliness, and stock room upkeep.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members; partner with store manager.
• Support merchandising procedures and store recovery; perform maintenance as needed.
