Aufgaben

Uwows customers through personal contact and ensures a fast, friendly checkout experience.
Lead the store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
Ensure front-end equipment is in working order and crew is trained.
Open and close procedures; maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers.
Perform store manager duties in the manager's absence; recruit, train, coach, and develop crew members.
