Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and think creatively.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service; ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Leads store to meet customer service score goals from District Manager.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensures equipment is functioning and staff trained for services.
• Handles opening/closing, cleanliness, and stocking areas.
