Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking a capable store leader to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth front-end operations. You will train crew, uphold brand standards in merchandising, and handle opening/closing tasks while maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

You will partner with the store manager to recruit, coach, and develop staff, while ensuring district goals for customer service are met and operations run efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Lead the store to achieve customer service score goals set by the District Manager.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment functions properly and staff are trained.
• Open/close procedures, store cleanliness, and stock room organization.
• Represent the store in manager duties during absence and assist recruitment.
