Job summary

Five Below is seeking an hourly Store Manager role in Springfield, NJ. The position starts at $18.92 per hour and requires at least 2 years of management experience, with an emphasis on delivering WOW customer service and leading front-end operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew WOWs the customer through personal contact and trains for the BEST customer service experience.
• Leads assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Leads front end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards; ensures equipment works and staff trained.
• Oversees opening and closing procedures and store cleanliness.
• Performs store manager duties in their absence.
• Partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew.
• Reviews corporate communications and reacts accordingly.
• Collaborates with the leadership team in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance such as cleaning and stock room upkeep.
• Additional responsibilities as determined by the Store Manager.
