Responsibilities

• Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Train the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensure a fast, friendly checkout.
• Open and close procedures, maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Partner with the store manager to recruit, train, coach and supervise crew members.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
