Job summary

Five Below in New Jersey is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead the store team, wow customers, and drive sales by delivering exceptional front-end service and safe, clean operations.

As a Manager on Duty, you will model leadership, coach associates, manage cash handling, staffing, and SOP adherence, and partner with store leadership to meet CSAT and business goals in a fast-paced, fun environment. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of management experience.
