Job summary

Marshalls in Atwater, CA seeks a people-focused leader to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise front-end Associates, ensuring loyalty programs are promoted and store standards are maintained.

You will train and coach Associates, assign registers, coordinate breaks, and address customer concerns promptly, while supporting management in labor goals and safety standards. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment and familiarity with front-end operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end processes and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a positive experience
• Ensures tasks align with store plan and priorities
• Communicates priorities with management and Associates
• Provides recognition and constructive feedback
• Partners with Management on training needs
• Promotes safety and adheres to labor laws and policies
• Other duties as assigned
