Job summary

Marshalls in the USA (Pigeon Forge, TN) is seeking a frontline leader to promote an outstanding customer experience. You will oversee a team of associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and active promotion of loyalty programs.

You will train and coach staff, manage registers and breaks, address customer concerns, maintain a clean and safe environment, and partner with management on priorities and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Able to train others.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front end principles.
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Promotes loyalty programs and maintains store standards.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
