Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a front-of-store leader to ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will oversee Associates, promote loyalty programs, and model exemplary service while keeping the store organized and welcoming.

You will train staff, coordinate POS coverage, and address customer concerns promptly. The role requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and a strong focus on safety and labor compliance.
