Responsibilities

• Create a positive in-store customer experience
• Lead and mentor front-end Associates
• Train Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs
• Assign registers and manage POS coverage
• Address customer concerns promptly
• Ensure store tasks align with the plan
• Communicate priorities effectively with the team
• Provide recognition and constructive feedback
• Support training needs with management
• Promote safety and labor law compliance
• Encourage loyalty and credit program participation
• Contribute to shrink reduction initiatives
