Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a front-of-store leader to promote an exceptional customer experience and train Associates on front-end principles. You will assign registers, support POS coverage, and coordinate breaks while maintaining store standards.

Applicants should have 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience, with strong merchandising knowledge and communication skills. Ability to work nights/weekends is required.
