Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew deliver WOW customer service through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and checkout efficiency.
• Lead store to achieve customer service scores set by management.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Maintain equipment and train associates on services where applicable.
• Handle opening/closing, cleanliness, and stockroom readiness.
• Occasionally perform store manager duties in supervisor’s absence.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members with the store manager.
• Coordinate with leadership on merchandising and recovery procedures.
• Perform routine store maintenance and stock management.
