Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members deliver WOW customer service with personal interactions.
• Lead store to meet customer service score goals set by District Manager.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment is functioning and crew trained for applicable services.
• Handle opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and recovery of the store.
• Perform store manager duties in absence of the Store Manager.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Communicate with corporate on directives and implement store procedures.
• Maintain stock room, perform maintenance, and manage daily duties as assigned.
