Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end supervisor to lead store associates and ensure an exceptional customer experience at our Bronx, NY location.

You will model outstanding service, train staff, promote loyalty programs, and maintain store standards while coordinating POS coverage and breaks. Strong communication, teamwork, and merchandising knowledge are essential, as is the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
