Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an attentive front-end leader at our Victor, NY location. You will supervise a team of associates, ensure prompt, courteous service, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a clean, organized store.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience training and mentoring Associates.
• Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and oversees front-end associates.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks; supports POS coverage.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains store standards.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
