Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience at the front of the store
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles
• Coordinate POS coverage and breaks
• Promote loyalty programs and credit offerings
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensure store tasks align with the store plan and priorities
• Communicate progress and priorities to management
• Uphold labor laws, policies, and safety standards
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
• Participate in ongoing training with Management
