Responsibilities

• Operate cash register frequently.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and stock up to 5-10 feet.
• Ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and stock.
• Keep stock room and sales floor orderly and clean; assist managers and customers.
• Perform opening and closing procedures; maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist in recruiting, training, coaching, and supervising crew members.
• Coordinate merchandising procedures with store leadership; World Recovery.
