Job summary

Five Below in Chicago is seeking a capable store crew supervisor to help drive daily operations and deliver a WOW customer experience. You will oversee front-end merchandising, support cash handling, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout while coordinating with the store manager to run shifts and implement company standards.

The role requires a High School diploma, 2 years of management experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Leads assigned store to achieve customer service score goals set by the District Manager.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Maintains front-end equipment and trains associates where applicable.
• Performs opening/closing procedures and keeps store clean and ready for customers.
