Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers by personal contact and trains crew on service standards.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure great service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for efficient floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty; own operations, staff, and customer issues.
• Open/close the store; manage cash, doors, alarms, and daily prep.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and products.
• Drive sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform store housekeeping and stock room maintenance.
