Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Smyrna, TN is hiring a front-end leader to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise Associates at the front of the store. You will model service standards, train staff, and coordinate POS coverage while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles
• Trains and coaches on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Ensures tasks are executed according to store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Communicates with management and Associates on priorities and progress
