Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Leads store to meet customer service score goals with District Manager guidance.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensures front-end equipment is functioning and staff are trained.
• Performs opening/closing, cleanliness, and stock room duties.
• Acts as store manager in the absence of the store manager.
• Partners with leadership to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew.
