Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, customer service and urgent issues.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, ensure smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
