Five Below in Beaumont, TX is seeking an energetic leader to oversee crew operations and ensure a WOW customer experience. You will train crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, and lead front-end operations to ensure fast, friendly checkout for every guest.

This hourly role requires a high school diploma, management experience, and strong communication. You will open/close procedures, maintain store cleanliness, manage stock, and support staffing and store maintenance.

Qualifikationen

• High School Graduate or equivalent. College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Frequently operate cash register.
• Frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and stock up to 5-10 ft.
• Frequently ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock.
• Frequently kneel, bend, twist, and stoop in stock room and on sales floor.
• Frequently communicate with customers and coworkers to exchange information accurately.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
