Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent. College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Creative thinking and ability to remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment is functional and train associates as needed.
• Open and close procedures, maintain store cleanliness and readiness.
• Perform store manager duties in the manager's absence.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise all crew members.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Maintain stock room and general store upkeep.
