Job summary

Five Below, Inc. in Webster, TX is seeking an energetic hourly Store Leader to supervise crew and ensure a WOW customer experience. You will train staff, assist with stock, and act as Manager on Duty to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of management experience, and strong communication skills. Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts is essential. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members deliver WOW customer service through personal interactions.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service and checkout experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and oversees store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing of the store, including cash handling and security.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and manages expenses by improving merchandising and customer service.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and routines.
• Performs routine store maintenance and upkeep.
