Job summary

Five Below is seeking a proactive Store Manager in Stafford, TX to lead day-to-day operations and deliver WOW customer service. You will train crew, oversee daily activities, and manage opening/closing procedures while ensuring safety and profitability.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in management, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Evening/weekend shifts may be required, with benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on service standards.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for fast floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close procedures including cash handling and security checks.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates and improve performance.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping duties.
