Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, invites you to join our team in Peoria, IL. This role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience, training Associates on front-end processes, and supporting efficient store operations.

You will work nights and weekends and help promote loyalty programs while upholding company policies and safety standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and strong communication to manage tasks, assist customers, and participate in training initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a safe environment.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and supports shrink reduction goals.
