Job summary

Marshalls, a TJX brand, seeks a store leadership associate in Peru, IL. You will promote an exceptional customer experience, train front-end Associates, and manage POS coverage while ensuring a clean, inviting store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience are requested.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and ability to multi-task are important.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example at the front of the store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Support management in training needs and adherence to policies and labor laws.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and participate in shrink reduction goals.
