Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a front-of-store leader to oversee a team of Associates and promote an outstanding customer experience. You will train staff, manage POS coverage, and drive loyalty program participation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front-of-store team to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Manages POS coverage and schedules, including breaks for Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to maintain a positive experience.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws and store policies.
