Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring at our Aurora, OH store to promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store operations. You’ll supervise Associates, train on front-end principles, and support loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

We’re looking for 1 year of retail experience with at least 6 months in a leadership role, plus strong communication and multitasking skills. Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months of leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience at front of store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and ensures a positive experience.
• Ensures tasks align with store plan and priorities.
• Promotes loyalty programs and safety in store.
