Job summary

Marshalls, part of the TJX Companies, is seeking a front-of-store leader to drive exceptional customer service and store operations. You will train associates, manage POS coverage, and promote loyalty programs while ensuring a safe, organized shopping environment.

You will lead by example, communicate priorities clearly, and collaborate with management to meet store goals. Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is required in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience required.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example in customer service.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks; ensure knowledge of POS coverage needs.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Support management in training needs and adherence to labor laws and policies.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and participate in shrink reduction goals.
