Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Wichita seeks a front-end supervisor to deliver outstanding customer service and lead a team of Associates. You will model excellent service, train staff, and ensure loyalty programs are promoted while keeping the store clean and organized.

You will manage POS coverage, respond to customer concerns, and align with management on priorities. Availability to work nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months of leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store Associates.
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks; ensure POS coverage.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Promote loyalty programs and credit awareness.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Support management on priorities and communicate updates.
