Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a front-of-store leader to deliver a superior customer experience and guide Associates in daily operations. You’ll promote loyalty programs, train peers, and keep the store organized and safe while meeting performance goals.

Your role focuses on coaching teams, ensuring courtesy, accuracy, and efficiency at the registers, and supporting management in executing store priorities and labor guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with leadership exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front end principles.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front end principles.
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
