Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and lead by example.
• Train and mentor associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Manage registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure adequate POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store standards.
• Promote safety, policies, and shrink reduction goals.
