Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager-in-Training to lead crew members and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee daily store activities, train staff on the BEST service standards, and ensure efficient operations from receiving to checkout.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining composure. Flexible scheduling is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations.
