Job summary

Five Below is looking for a store crew supervisor to help deliver WOW customer service and lead daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will train associates, manage tasks, and oversee opening/closing procedures to ensure smooth daily performance.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive, energetic store presence.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register frequently.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and stock up to 5–10 ft high.
• Ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and stock items.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and in the stock room.
• Open/close store, secure cash, set alarms, and ensure daily operations.
