Job summary

Five Below Inc. is looking for a dynamic crew supervisor to lead daily store operations, train team members, and ensure best-in-class customer service. You will oversee open/close procedures, cash handling, and store maintenance while supporting onboarding and ongoing training.

The role requires 1+ year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible schedule and strong teamwork are a must.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and service.
• Train crew on the customer service experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and uphold service standards.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep shelves full.
• Act as Manager on Duty and manage store operations.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, set alarms, and ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales by merchandising and customer service improvements.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and procedures.
• Perform general store maintenance.
