Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and service excellence.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking processes.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store ops and staff issues.
• Manage opening/closing of store, cash security and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing associate training.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staffing.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
