Job summary

Five Below is hiring for an hourly Crew Member role in Florida. You will engage customers, help with checkouts, and support daily store operations. As needed, you may assume Manager on Duty responsibilities and assist with inventory and training activities.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with preferred college experience and at least 1 year of management exposure. Flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Trains crew on customer service excellence and the BE ST experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively and provide excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep floor replenished.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
